At the same time, the length and diameter of the welded pipe should also meet the requirements of practical applications.According to the different wall thicknesses, it can be divided into two types: ordinary steel pipes and thickened steel pipes. According to the form of pipe ends, steel pipes are divided into two types: threaded and non-threaded.Among them, the common welding process used for submerged arc welding straight-seam steel pipes is submerged arc welding technology, which uses filler welding and particle protection flux submerged arc.The caliber produced can reach 1500 mm, and the production technology of submerged arc welding straight seam steel pipe includes JCOE forming technology and roll-forming submerged arc welding technology. In other words, with the continuous improvement of the production level, the production quality and process level of various welded pipes have also been improved.So when accepting it, what are the specific steps?First of all, straight-seam steel pipes should be submitted for acceptance in batches, and the batch rules should comply with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. Secondly, regarding the inspection items that should be carried out during the inspection of welded pipes, the number of samples, sampling sites and test methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards.With the consent of the buyer, hot-rolled seamless straight-seam steel pipes can be sampled in batches according to the rolling roots.When analyzing the test results, if a certain item does not meet the requirements of the product standard, the unqualified person should be picked out, and a double number of samples should be taken from the same batch of straight-seam steel pipes for re-inspection of unqualified items.If the re-inspection results (including any indicators required by the project test) are unqualified, the batch of straight-seam steel pipes shall not be delivered. If the re-inspection result still does not pass, then the welded pipe needs to be accepted one by one, or the heat treatment is re-performed (the number of re-heat treatments shall not exceed two times), and the acceptance shall be submitted in a new batch.If the product standard does not make special provisions, the chemical composition of the welded pipe shall be accepted according to the smelting composition.
